Hi Craig
Can you please explain about what you are doing. You mentioned you want to
enroll 10% of the market. 10% of what? Or is it that you wish to increase
the level of participation to 10% of the youth population who are illegible
to be members of the BSA? This just needs further clarification.
You also spoke in generalisations that if you would be kind enough to
explain. Have you got different strategies for different age groups or are
you dealing with Explorer Age group only.
It will be interesting to hear what you are doing and maybe we can
incorporate some of those ideas here in Oz
