My name is Stuart and I am the new District Executive for the Thunderbird
District, Ouchita Valley Council. My district is located in rural
Northeast Louisiana. It consists of Union, Lincoln, Jackson, and Winn
parish (in case you are looking on a map).
My intentions are simple. I am looking for ideas. Exploring is a highly
under-developed program in this council. We are currently in the process
of hiring an Exploring Executive, but until that time, I hope to be
learning as much as possible.
