I could not find it in the latest 'restricted actvity list' in my ELH.

If it is a restricted activity, it is a secret.....

They do list 'Other potentially dangerous activities', but all of our weapons
are chronographed and adjusted regularly, and the range is supervised by
Government firearms officials.
