Training

Hi all,

I am looking for materials and a syllabus for Explorer training - both
youth and adult. My council has training programs for the adults, however,
it is very basic. When we asked for more, they suggested Philmont's
courses. I need information on advanced training without going to Philmont
- our leaders have not the time or money for that.

Several months ago, there was mention of leadership training courses for
youth which is past that of the basic. I have a scout camp willing to host
us if we bring the program. We could do a week or less of training and
have some high adventure fun - rock climbing, sailing, etc. I think it
would be great for the district EOA, however, we need the program. Any
offers of sources or materials would not only be gratefully received, but
recognized, i.e. we won't use without credit.
