I was wandering around in our Scout Shop in Houston yesterday and
noticed something I never knew existed...An Explorer Officers'
Association BADGE OF OFFICE patch!! Has anyone else seen this? Is
this official for uniform wear, even though it's not an official
registered position???
(Once again, are you out there, Sylvester??)
