Ribbons

Good Evening!
Does anyone, other than the 2 military posts here in my town, (Me being
one of them) use the military-style ribbons designed for the LE Exploring
program? (Did I just educate any of you Law Enforcement folks?)
My question is this: How do we mark subsequent awards? The military
uses small oak leaf clusters, and I can do that. One problem. All of my
Officers have recieved the Explorer of the Year ribbon, which means my Post
officer of the year will have a second award, and there is a LARGE 'E' in the
center of the ribbon. I suggested the Left or Right of the E, but then it
isn't centered.
Should I allow them to wear a second, etc ribbon, since this IS the
highest award issued a Post level?
Suggestions?
