Here is the procedure for unsubscribing:
issue a new message to listproc@scouter.com
you can leave the subject line blank (it's ignored anyways)
in the body of the message, on one line, type:
unsubscribe explorer-net@scouter.com
the list processor will acknowledge your request with a return message.
