Re: Cub Scout Woodbadge

Dear Kim:

Our recently completed Boy Scout Woodbadge was not terribly physically
taxing (I am 47 years old, could stand to lose 20 lbs and I get my
exercise chasing golf balls into the rough.) We had a Scouter in our
patrol who had very bad knees and he was transported by the staff in a
golf cart. Any BSA event should make similar accommodations where needed.
If there is a hike involved, your group should pace itself to the slowest
hiker in any event. Enjoy the Woodbadge experience.
