Hi Jan,

Most boys do complete their Bobcat requirements within the first month or two
(at least in my experience). If these Tiger Graduates have their books and
are so motivated, then that first Pack Meeting in the Fall will be a great
Court of Honor for them.

As far as having a Den Leader sign their books, its the parent's
responisbility to sign off any requirements in the Wolf and Bear books. Den
Leaders can initial the requirements that have been completed during Den or
Pack meetings and send the book home to be signed of by the parents.
