There should be a national council mandate that the author(s) of these policies
should have to have their names on them. I have NEVER heard of anything so
stupid as a shoulder bowline in my life. A bruised or broken rib or clavicle
or seperated shoulder could and would be the result from the most minor fall
from this configuration. Get the older venture guides or other rapelling
guides and forget this lunacy.
