I've been a little puzzled by the discussion on this. It seems to me
that back in the mists of time when my son was in Cubs, the leaders all
wore Cub-Scout-Blue not Khaki. The only khaki I saw was at the Blue and
Gold when a couple of the leaders from the Troop appeared to awe everyone
into silence. <G> Even the guy who was an ASM had two uniforms, one blue,
one khaki. But, yes, the women had yellow blouses with blue neckerchieves.
Has my memory gone that bad? Or was my Pack just determinedly different?
