Our BOR's run about 20 minutes, and seem to work very well, especially
when it comes to getting feedback from the Scout on Troop
performance and activities. Sometimes a little time is useful in
getting a Scout to relax, and then to "share his concerns".
As another Scouter likes to say... "...your mileage may vary".
