ADOPTION, SERVICE STARS/ MULTIPLE MEMBERSHIPS

One of the Cubs just got formally adopted. The Den Leader wants to know
if any mention at the pack meeting would be appropriate. Any
suggestions?
And since both threads are going simultaneously, say a youth is in one
troop, and four explorer posts for three years. What does he wear for
service stars? (Just for simplicity, six years in the troop, 12-18;
three years in Explorers, 15-18).
