Sarah asked:
>1) What is the Quatermaster award?
The Quartermaster Award is the highest youth award that a
Sea Explorer may earn. It's as rigouous as the Eagle Scout badge
and rarer than the Eagle because there's only a few Sea Explorers
out there that even want to compete for the award.
It is one of the oldest awards that the BSA has for older youth
members.
>2) what does it have to do with the earning of the Eagle award or

The question was related to the square knot thing...he wasn't
sure that a cloth knot device existed for that award similar to the
one for the Eagle and other special BSA awards.
