Nope. The James West Fellowship is considered an ADULT award, although
I've got a question in my inbox this morning asking if a youth member can earn
it. I'm still waiting on the answer to that one.
The Arrow of Light KNOT CANNOT, as many have already stated, BE WORN by
Scouts; this is why the actual Arrow of Light can be transferred to the
bottom of
the left pocket of the Scout shirt for. The Arrow of Light KNOT is strictly an
ADULT recognition item, since we adults cannot wear the physical award on our
shirts!
