Jeff:
The BSA only requires payment of one annual membership fee for a primary
registration. If a Scout, or an adult chooses to "multiple" in one or
more units or positions they may do so without payment of additional
annual registration fees. There is theoretically no limit to the number
of "multipled" positions a person could be registered in under this
proviso.
