Suggestion: Maybe you can do basic achievements and electives in the same
meeting. Perhaps one leader could work on the basic achievements while
another leader works on the electives. Maybe this would encourage those
needing to complete their basic achievements while keeping the interest of
those that are beyond that point. Maybe, a field trip for those that have
completed the basics would stimulate those that are lagging behind??? We
can't work any harder but maybe there are still ways to work smarter.
