Thanks for the input. I am working with 2 councils, trying to co-ordinate
seascouting leadership. I think that locally, we are ages away from hosting a
SEAL training of any kind. Finding a captain who is qualified, and a MBA ,
would be difficult enough. Even in the Navy and Coast Guard towns of Norfolk
and Porstmouth, let alone a sailing vessel cheap enough to charter for scouts
that can carry more than 6 passengers. But I will keep looking.
