As a Sea Scout from the 1940s, I feel that it is incumbent upon me to
present my opinion of the new Quartermaster Award.
"It is excellent and very impressive!!!"
My Sea Scouts think that it is evidence of the quality and resurgence
of Sea Scouting!!!
The kids love the improved Quartermaster Award!!!
