Fellow Sea Scouters:
I'm pleased to announce a new feature on the national Sea Scouting
web site. If you point your browsers at
<http://www.seascout.org/graphics/rank-patches/ssanim.gif>, you will
find an animated graphic of the Sea Scouting advancement program. This
graphic has been added in several pleased on the web site. Ships may
want to incorporate it into this home pages. Thanks to Jared Stoddard
for doing a great job with this.
Bruce
