Just to clarify John's message, the _manuscript_ of the new Handbook for
Skippers has been delivered. The layout and illustration work is being
done now. I expect that the new edition (the 4th edition by the way)
should be available before the end of the year. I'll keep everyone posted
as there is more information on this.
