Presently, our leaders are not reimbursed for gas for any campouts. For
high adventure trips, gas is part of the fee.

Campouts vary as far as cost. Our chartered partner pays actual camping
fees. The boys either split up their menu and each bring certain parts or
they set a dollar amount assessment for each boy to bring a week in advance.
Adults are also handed in two ways, depending on what the boys want to do
(and what the menu is!). We are either included in patrol menus, but do not
pay for the food ("invited guests forced upon us" from training and
woodbadge) or, since we only have one patrol right now, we share in bringing
parts of the menu.

For summer camps, adult fees are generally less than boy fees. For high
adventure trips, the adults only pay the actual camp/base fee and no travel
fees.
