While we're kinda on the topic, do you folks announce or publicize the program topic for the next Round Table?

And bearing some slight relationship to the original question about Round Table announcement-makers who never end, do any of you have free-wheeling discussions/open forums for the whole group (as opposed to break-out sessions)as a regular part of your Round Table program?
