Mark,
We are working on that now. Currently we charge all adults and leaders the
same as the boys. We just restarted the troop eleven months ago. I want to
get to the point that we are not charging the driving adults or leaders. I
also want to have the troop pay for the gas for the vehicles transporting
boys and gear. Here was my thought. Drivers come with their tanks full. Upon
return of the trip, use one credit card to fill all tanks and then turn in
the receipt and get reimbursed. If there will be multiple refills due to
distance, just fill and keep the receipts to be reimbursed when we get back.
