This brings up a question I have had for years, going back to the time I
accompanied the Southern Region Camp Inspection team at our council camp.
Some of the junior staff had rigged hammocks and the inspectors made a
comment that this was against BSA policy. I didn't question at the time,
since I was only an observer, but I have wondered about it ever since. Can
anyone quote chapter and verse on this?
