There is NO national requirement that adults take Youth Protection
Training. National does require the training for all adults participating
and staffing national events - NOAC, the Jamboree, High Adventure Bases.
But even here, there is no time limit on how long ago your training can
have been.
However, just because there is no national requirement does not mean that
your council does not have one. Some councils do, and there are varying
requirements as to the required frequency or retraining.

Unfortunately for your purposes, you won't find such a national rule.
