When I was a scout, we went to a camp with multiple flag pole on the parade
field. At Retreat (before diner), the camp was called to Attention for camp
report then brought to Parade Rest. Retreat was played during the lowering of
the State and Camp flags. The camp was then brought back to Attention and
Right Hand Salute as the US flag was lowered to To the Colors. Back then
(early 70's), we still matched to and from assemblies.
