I am not sure if I understood most of what this had to say, but I do know
that this last paragraph is far from true for me. After years of responding
to the craving for caffeine, sugar, and chocolate I now have an inflammation
in my brain which is playing havoc with my nervous system. Responding to
those cravings results in a migraine headache that is beyond belief.
Cravings are far from friends of mine.
