Usually I would highly recommend (as the Committee Chair for our Troop) that you
should NOT sign any of your son's forms. But, I believe in the case of the Eagle
App I would go against my usual policy. The reason is - since the application
will go off to National for review before being approved, and since you are the
Committee Chair of record - it could possible raise a question back at National.
Just my opinion - but I am not sure any written policy starts otherwise.
