I would expect that another side benefit that has or will gradually fade as well,
was a very large, and possibly very enthusiastic group of youth leaders. Wow, what
a concept - makes perfect sense too.
One question. If it was or had been available, do you think the older group of
Scouts would have gone the Venturing route rather than "division"? Just another
alternative to growing Troop size. (I wish our District had this kind of problem)
