Since the subject has been discussed, I thought I'd pass this along. I was
perusing cyberrebate.com (I don't work for them, have no commercial
interest, etc.) has a limited variety of FRS radios available. After the
rebates, costs run from $29.99 (2 channel Cobra) to $44.99 (14 channel
cobra) per unit.

If you're wondering, cyberrebate.com sells product at the retail price,
usually with shipping included free. I can't remember if they include the
rebate certificate with the product, or if they post it online, but you can
send in for the rebate the day your order arrives. You pay up front but get
back a portion (on some products, all) of your cost a couple months later by
sending in the rebate.

They're at www.cyberrebate.com, click on Sports & Health tab, then on the
Outdoors link on the left side. They were on about the third page of
products.
