I am helping a Scout and his family plan an Eagle COH. He is no longer
registered with a troop (he was when he earned his Eagle, of course),
and the Venture crew he was in just folded (lost their CO). I've been
asked to help out because our troop's CO is their home church and the
location of the COH.
For his COH, should he wear his Venture uniform, his Scout uniform, or
?? Would he wear a troop/crew numeral or not?
