However, this is one of those situations which calls for a bit of "Scouter
Sense."
If a Scoutmaster is serving as a Commissioner, there could be some
confusion in the Scoutmaster (or Assistant Scoutmaster) wearing a
Commissioner badge of office along with the unit numbers of the Troop in
which he or she is serving as Scoutmaster.

If you only have one shirt, Anthony, I would wear the unit numbers with the
badge of office that you engage in MOST OFTEN. If that is Scoutmaster, then
that is the badge of office you should wear; if it is Roundtable
Commissioner, then you wear the Roundtable Commissioner badge of office
with the unit numbers; and if it is OA Chapter Advisor, you should wear the
numbers with the OA Chapter Advisor badge of office. In the meantime, talk
to Saint Nick about getting another shirt or two (or better yet, get onto
eBay where there seems to be plenty of Scout shirts in mens' sizes being
auctioned off for two or four dollars a pop!).

I too served in multiple positions in my Council, District and unit. I
wore the insignia in which I spent the majority of my time, in my case it
was as Scoutmaster. I performed the other roles but I also had another
shirt that I could wear too. But when people saw me primarily, they saw
the fact that I was wearing the trained Scoutmaster patch on my left
shoulder in the second position -- even though I also served as the
Council's Exploring Chair and as District Scout Commissioner.

Isn't there a song which goes like "and they'll know of our service by our
love..." *grinning from ear to ear*
