I am not sure how good a defining term non-sectarian is.
My understanding of the definition of non-sectarian is that it
means 'not pertaining to one sect'. It does not say what is or
is not included, only that whatever is referenced as non-sectarian
does not pertain to one particular sect. It could, for example, pertain to only 2 sects and still be non-sectarian.
