A quick question... When does the clock start ticking on the "Be active"
requirement? We have a Scout who had his 1C SM conference in early May and
his BOR at the end of May. During the summer, he has completed all the
requirements for Star except the "Be active for 4 months" and SM
requirements. Our next BOR is scheduled for early Sep. Will he have to
wait for 4 months after his last BOR, or will 4 months from the SM
conference be OK? This young man is headed toward Eagle and I would hate
for him to get there only to find out his Star requirements were messed up.
Thanks.
