Unless, of course, it's a blue nylon or canvas dining tarp
which would cost $50 - $60 in which case you would set a 1"
grommet in the hole and proceed to sew the grommet into the
fabric by sewing through the fabric and looping the thread
back through the center of the grommet using wax sail twine
and a sailmaker's needle.
