According to Keith Gallaway, BSA National High Adventure Director,
there are a significant number of spaces still available in the 2001
programs at the Northern Tier Canoe Bases. The bases are located at
Ely, Minnesota; Atikokan, Ontario; and Bissett, Manitoba.
