Here in Canada we could go to a driving school. Usually they will supply a van, or they will at least tell you where you can go to get this course. I am sure that there is a few places that will do this. I took mine and it was about $400 (2 day course).

This is a very good question. I'm a faculty member at a fairly large state
university that occasionally offers courses to faculty and staff that might
be driving 15-passenger vans in the course of their duties. I imagine that
institutions with similar circumstances might do the same. As for where
anyone else might get such training, I'm not exactly sure.
