Remember, even though this issue affects many at the local level, we have to keep in mind that this is a national issue that should be handled by the region - that's why they are there...to support councils with such issues. There are laws against schools treating groups differently regarding facility usage and I know that National has prepared the Regions with similar legislation and tactics in other areas and with other groups.
Remember...always use your resources
