Just got back from summer camp and we had a really GREAT time - - except for
the fact that the camp changed it's policy about preregistration of merit
badges and we had several scouts with A LOT of downtime (yes, we did
everything possible to fill it) because merit badge sessions were full. Have
any of you experienced this and how did you handle it.
