Mark,

   I'll put it this way: I don't see anything "illegal" about it. But you
still need at least two complete shirts - one for SM and a different one for
the other two. Why? Commissioner's staff is a district-level position as is
OA Chapter Advisor; you won't have unit numerals or veteran unit bars on that
shirt. If you choose a short sleeve shirt and then earn the Arrowhead Honor
as a Commissioner then you should get a third shirt because the badge of
office is moved up to position 2 and the arrowhead goes in position 3; your
advisor shirt would still have the badge of office in position 3. But that's
only if you're getting technical, and who's doing that? (I own 5 shirts.)
