A national museum belongs in DC. I would go further and suggest that we should
ask the Congress to endorse, and perhaps fund, moving the National Scouting
Museum to our nation's
capital. This is an excellent time to ask the
Congress for a vote of confidence in scouting,
which I believe they will be inclined to give.
