I had hoped that someone official would have announced this past event.
Last weekend, Greater St. Louis Area Council recently had this extremely
successful event. Attendance estimates vary between 18 and 35
thousand.

This was the first ever council-wide camporee since the Greater St. Louis
Area Council expanded to 37 communities in eastern Missouri and Southern
Illinois in the early 1990s.

The evening show was professionally done and even had fireworks!
We got GREAT news media coverage and the weather men
did their coverage from there!!!

The pictures below cannot show the actual size of this event because it
was spread out over the entire 1,400 acre park.
