It would depend on if it were interesting for the Scouts to visit or not.
If it would be a fun place for youth to visit, and would encourage their
imagination, I would put it at one of our
nation's 'hubs'. Say in Washington, D.C.
If it is really meant for adult Scouters to visit and remember their
Scouting experiences, or scholars to visit and do research,
you can put it anywhere. They will travel there
if interested.
