I had heard a rumor last night from a reliable source that our NOAC
contingent could not wear Scout Uniforms on the airplane out to the event.
This ruling was also made in a council south of here. I am curious. Did
National recommend to Council Execs to not have scouts wear uniforms
on the plane? If so, how long will this policy be if effect? I hear it
may have something to do with the fact that the Supreme Court should rule
this summer on the Dale case. Is this reason? If not, does anyone know the
rationale for this descision?
