An Eagle Scout with a history of good behavior and good academic performance
who makes an honest mistake probably only needs a bit of "counseling."
A year ago, in compliance with a zero-tollerance rule, one high school
refused to publish a picture of a young woman sitting on a retired Army tank
in a park! She chose the picture because she was being inducted into the US
Army after graduation.
I don't think rules should be waived or ignored for anybody. But, I do expect
**college-educated** people to have a bit of judgment and commonsense!
