I haven't seen a reply so I'm reposting.
I have a crew planning a high adventure trip to the Bob Marshal
Wilderness in Montana during the summer of 2001, a year from now. We plan
to fly into Great Forks and travel to a base camp in the wilderness area bon
horse back and mule. While there we'd do day hikes, bouldering, fish, etc.
I'm seeking advice and counsel for outfitters, accommodations, travel to and
from the airport, Scout troops in the area, and any other wisdom you'd like
to share.
Our group is a veteran of two years of 4 day, 30-40 mile backpacking in
the Appalachians, and white water rafting. Our group will be 6-8 boys and
four adults. The boys will be 15-16 years old, and I'd like this to be the
culmination of their high adventure activities.
