No, there's not.

There are no additional age limits whatsoever. Each Scout advances at his
own rate and speed. This is why we have 18 year old Eagle Scouts and 12.8
year old Eagle Scouts.

ALL of the requirements for ALL of the advancements are explained in detail
both in the current Boy Scouts Requirements booklet as well as in the
current Boy Scout Handbook.
