I have been a counsler for my son in a group setting (fingerprinting) I
reccommend to all my Scouts to keep a three ring binder with work for their
merit badges filed inside, including completed blue cards.
IMHO if the written work, etc., is able to be produced, it should
eliminate some problems. I have heard that some Eagle candidates in our
Council have had badges questioned by the review committee (another story for
another time) I hope that my suggestion to my Scouts will help to eliminate
this problem
