Yes we do; and an active one at that. However, do you feel that this has
to be escalated to that point?

This Scout is 14 going on 15. So, it is not a time issue. That is one
reason why I "fall on the side" of letting this work itself out. If it
were an "aging out" issue I would be less reluctant to jump into this.
